Itica delivered the complete IT Outsourcing for a UK subsidiary of a large European Group. We used the complete Itica process to deliver the end to end solution the client required which resulted in a reduction of 50% in operational costs.

Mergers & Acquisition

Itica provided the expertise needed to integrate and consolidate IT systems from an acquired company onto our clients IT systems. The Itica four stage consultancy process was used to transition; email, file and print, remote access and business applications.
