Examples of recent Commercial Service assignments are:
Itica negotiated a SAP contract for an existing client and played a key role in the Governance of the implementation. The Itica Contract Framework was used to manage the process and resulted in a fixed price being negotiated and a successful implementation.
Itica’s Governance Framework was used to create an effective Governance model for a complex outsource agreement. The model included measures in business terms that were used by the Board of our client to monitor the agreement.
